These Terms govern your use of LearnAML.org (“LearnAML”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Educational purpose
LearnAML provides general education on anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions and related topics. Our content is not legal, regulatory or professional advice. Always check current requirements and your organisation’s procedures before acting.
Your account
Give accurate information, keep your login details secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms.
Courses and certificates
Each course explains its content and completion requirements. Complete assessments yourself. A certificate of completion confirms that you finished a LearnAML course. It is not a professional licence, regulated qualification or accreditation unless the course clearly says so.
Our content
Course materials are owned by LearnAML or used with permission. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, republish or distribute them without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, upload harmful code or harass others. Do not upload confidential case files, suspicious transaction reports or real customer information; use fictional or anonymised examples instead.
Fees
Some courses are free. For paid courses, the price, access period and any cancellation or refund terms are shown before you buy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Disclaimer and liability
We take care to keep our content accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or up to date, or that the site will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, LearnAML is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the content or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending access
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or creates a security risk. You may stop using the site at any time.

We link to external websites for reference. We are not responsible for their content, and a link does not mean endorsement.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the changes. These Terms are subject to applicable law, and nothing in them affects mandatory rights you have where you live.
