How we use it
We use your information to provide and manage your account and courses, record your progress and results, respond to enquiries, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you asked for, our legitimate interest in running a secure platform, our legal obligations, or your consent. We only send optional updates if you choose to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing and transfers
We do not publish your learning records. We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting, security and email delivery, and where the law requires it or to protect against fraud or security threats.
These providers may process information outside your country. Where this happens, we apply the safeguards required by applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or to meet legal requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in and make the site work. If we use optional cookies, such as for analytics, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure. Keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been compromised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, receive a copy of it, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent. To make a request, contact support@learnaml.org. You may also be able to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
LearnAML is intended for adults and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
